At Marian Garden, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mariangarden.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as final sale, personalized or custom-made items, and items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage at hello@mariangarden.com.
